The company was set up in the early 1990s as a trading business that over time developed it's own production and logistic, so that it could offer comprehensive services to the customers.
Since the very beginning the company has focused on steel mills, foundries and heavy industry.
The company was established as a family business of Pavel and Danuse Janiczek, who managed to build up the company's good reputation over the years and expanded its scope of activity.

Motto
“Do what nobody else has invented or what nobody else does.”
First stage
The company was established on 7 April 1993. In this first stage it was based in leased premises in Trinec and dealt primarily with exports and imports of carbon and graphite products.
This trading company gradually began to provide logistics services and a manufacturing department was also formed. The company’s success and profits enabled hiring new employees and expanding the company's scope of activity and customer base all over Europe and worldwide.
In 1997, considering company's growing storage and production area needs, the construction of own facilities was started in Bystrice with the aim of concentrating all of the company’s activities in one place.
Second stage
Since 4 January 1999, the company has been based in the newly built premises at Bystrice. Trading is still the main company business while the focus is mainly on carbon and graphite products, ferroalloys, refractory linings, insulation fibrous linings, and deliveries of metallurgical and foundry materials. An integral part of the company business strategy is providing clients with comprehensive technical services.
In this period the company became the holder of a CNS EN ISO 9002 certificate and was employing more than 50% of disadvantaged people. The state of the domestic and international metallurgy industry made the company focus on other activities, mainly on expanding its manufacturing, inclusive of putting the first briquetting line into operation.
The company newly concentrated on processing and reverse recycling of industrial waste, which significantly contributed to environmental protection.
In compliance with the company founder’s vision “Do what nobody else has invented or what nobody else does” the stress was also placed on developing new ideas and projects and a R&D work team was set up.
As part of expanding the company’s own manufacturing, in 2005 the construction of production and storage premises was launched as well as of an administrative building in the Baliny industrial park in Trinec – Konska, to which key company manufacturing activities were gradually moved.
The year 2005 was for the company not only very successful, but it was also effected by the tragic death of both the founders Danuse and Pavel Janiczek, who had been the company leaders for many years and had built a strong company employing 65 people in total in 2005 and achieving the sales revenue of approx. 1.3 billion CZK.
